I love ‘At Your Service Pet Minding’ & recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pet sitting service they can trust! Nathalie has a true love for animals, which I clearly saw on our first meet & greet visit.
As a defence family we often travel to see our loved ones but are unable to take our furry & feathered friends with us. It was great having the peace of mind that our much loved pets were been fed & pampered every morning & afternoon in the comfort of their own home. We also received regular Sms, photos & Facebook updates which made being away from them that little bit easier!
‘At Your Service Pet Minding’ also offers dog walking so our boys were able to enjoy getting out & about for 30mins on the days we had arranged.
Nathalie is flexible, offers very reasonable rates & has great attention to detail. We felt very comfortable leaving her our spare set of keys. We will always chose ‘At Your Service Pet Minding’ to be our pet sitter when we leave town The care & concern shown for each individual pet was above & beyond!!
I could not have been more comfortable leaving my cat under Nathalie’s care. She really took the time to get to know Sigrid and bond with her on a personal level. My cat absolutely adores her and I’m sure looks forward to her next visit from Nathalie.
My dog Ernie is MASSIVE… he is a ridgeback crossed with a Mastiff. He is about 60 kg and REALLY strong. Before I met Nathalie from At your service pet minding, Ernie was crazy. … I could NOT walk him safely. When I tried to walk him he would pull so hard, and go for any dog…bike…person that came his way.(dragging me along with him…painfully) He had a real issue with anyone coming anywhere near him… aggressively. I have suffered multiple times of him dragging me along paths(on my backside), through bushes and into piles of prickles; resulting in sprained ankles, burns on my legs from his lead and many bruises. not to mention the scared people walking with their dogs (He is huge…and looks intimidating)… I could NOT control him… he was a danger.
Nathalie took her time and really got to know Ernie, in his own yard, and also was game enough to walk him (I was tentative) has taken a couple of months now, but not much more than that. Now Nathalie has Ernie walking to heel, ignoring incoming people and dogs and playing in the dog park with multiple dogs without incident. I have no idea how she has done it… but our baby is now sociable. I can take him for a walk and the lead is slack… he doesn’t pull and walks by my side (his nose to my leg). Ernie can now enter the dog park, and play with whichever dog is there… NO WAY could he do that before…. He would fight… pull… and be basically every kind of naughty imaginable.
Nathalie, is a beautiful soul and so genuine in her love for dogs. Ernie now plays regularly with her “pack”; other dogs Nathalie walks.. and there is no problem. Ernie is a new dog. And I am forever grateful. I firmly believe that dogs need walking, socialisation and Nathalie ‘love’.
I recommend Nathalie without question. Without her, Ernie would be an angry, frustrated dog stuck in a back yard because I could NOT walk him. Nathalie has saved Ernie from a life of boredom and frustration, made it possible for my young children to be able to actually be in the yard with him and be able to come on outings as a family.
Thank you Nathalie… I have made a friend for life. xoxox forever grateful.
